When I was looking for a new dentist I received an advertisement in the mail for your practice. I was enticed by the great special you were offering for the cleaning and xrays, so I decided to send you an email. I received a very polite and timely response. I got set up with an appointment immediately. Kellie had a cancellation a few days later, so she offered me an even earlier appointment!

The drive to the Crozet office from Charlottesville was short and sweet. The office was very easy to find with the directions I was given. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. We did the cleaning and xrays. The hygienist was thorough, informative, and gentle. She gave my teeth the best cleaning they have ever had! She gave me great advice for maintaining clean teeth at home, and samples! I love samples!

After the cleaning, Dr. Rice came in to examine me. I did not have to wait at all to be seen. He made me feel very comfortable. He was positive and caring.

Instead of dreading my next dental appointment, I will look forward to returning to such a compassionate group of professionals. It was worth the drive to Crozet. Many thanks to you all for your compassion and care for me. You have an exceptional practice and you made everything easy for me. It is so refreshing to see this high quality of work and effort.
